The Associate Revenue Operations Analyst role will provide operational support to Analysts on the Revenue Operations Team, whose focus is on scaling current processes and tech stack management. This position will support the Analysts in day-to-day operations for small deals and contract management, as well as other projects within the Revenue Operations scope. This is a growing team, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable with an agile, constantly changing environment.

The Concept Development Analyst provides Subject Matter Experts with operational and analytical support in the payment integrity space, across all lines of business, as well as managing, providing, and supporting strategic planning, decision-making, and monitoring through data analysis and issue performance.

The Senior Consultant works collaboratively within a team to deliver performance improvement to healthcare systems. This position performs billable work for clients and actively leads and participates in engagement work streams. Responsibilities include determining client needs, leading data analyses, interpreting data analyses, and developing solutions. The consultant participates in all aspects of an engagement, synthesizing information into cohesive presentations, and helping to implement change.

You will own customer outcomes end-to-end, from onboarding to expansion, ensuring customers achieve their business outcomes with Duna. You will also bridge technical and business needs by translating customer requirements into clear technical specifications for the engineering team. Embedding with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and business goals is crucial to serve as their trusted advisor.

The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that business needs are understood, documented, and translated into effective technical solutions. This individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, managing project activities, writing proposals, and supporting implementation efforts.
